We know that many families struggle through a maze of services to access essential
information, advice and referral into appropriate services. Our services provide
telephone, email and face-to-face support helping families to make informed
choices and, working together with our statutory partners to access the right services
at the right time with the right people.
APTCOO is a trusted friend, a professional service and perhaps more aware of the complex lives that our families live within. APTCOO services are person-centred, flexible, friendly and delivered within non-clinical environments.
We work on issues that affect children and young people across the full range of education, health and social care needs, from promoting public health needs through to working with clinical colleagues providing highly specialised services to children with the most complex health needs.
APTCOO encourages the people's voice to share what is sacred, what needs to change and what is currently not available. Family support helps to improve the mental and physical wellbeing, increasing people's resilience and improving healthy outcomes for the whole family unit.
